I have been dealing with Wayne and the guys at Birchmount Collision for over 10 years. Aside from one major collision that was dealt with through my insurance, (I wouldn't let them send my car anywhere else) all the other work was on a paid by me basis. Honesty and trust are keys, since I am at the mercy of the proprietor. Wayne has always been up front with me and his work is first class. I found him invaluable when I returned cars off lease and he cleaned them up so that I never was charged extra fees by the dealer. I also use Birchmount for general repairs like brakes and shocks as well as snow tires and wheel balancing.
